Åre Bike Park

The Åre Bike Park in Sweden’s Jämtland region is the largest and oldest bike park in Scandinavia and is recognised worldwide as a top destination for mountain bikers. Set on the spectacular slopes of the iconic Åreskutan mountain, the park boasts an elevation difference of over 850 metres. With around 30 lift-accessed trails catering to all skill levels, riders can enjoy an incredible variety of terrain. The trail network ranges from the legendary, flowing Easy Rider trail to technically demanding, rocky World Cup downhill tracks. While the main bike park delivers adrenaline-fuelled riding through high-alpine terrain and dense forests, the nearby Åre Trail Park in Björnen offers gentler cross-country and flow trails suitable for families and enduro riders. The season runs from June to September.
